  • So How Does Your Drop Off Photo Booth Work?

    Renting a Photo Booth has never been easier! Simply call us 916-572-PIXL (7495) or select “Get In Touch” at the top of our website. Select your booth options and date, and once you have placed your order, you are all set! Your Photo Booth will be setup 1 day before your event. It usually takes about 30 minutes. If you have any questions after setup give us a call! We are always here to help. You then have the booth until after your event concludes. Our team will conveniently pickup your photo booth.

  • What if I Have a Problem?

    90% of the time, our customers have no issues at all. However, in the unlikely event that you do have an issue, we offer Telephone and on site support. Just give us a call at 916-572-PIXL (7495) We are here to help.

  • How Do My Guests Receive Their Photos?

    We offer a few options for your guests' photos. Touch free QR codes, text messages, and e-mail can be done directly from the booth. With our print option, your guests will also have the option to print their photos and take them as a memento from your event!

  • What is Your Cancellation Policy?

    Any request for a date change must be made in writing at least thirty days in advance of the original event date. Change is subject to photo booth availability and receipt of a new Service Contract. If there is no availability for the alternate date, the nonrefundable reservation fee of 50% shall be forfeited and event cancelled. If event is cancelled for any reason, the non-refundable reservation fee is forfeited.

  • Do I Need WIFI?

    Our booth is designed to be used with WIFI to send the texts/emails. When no WIFI or only a guest network is available photos are sent when the photo booth is returned to our office.

  • When Is the Equipment Picked Up?

    Our team will conveniently pickup your photo booth after your event concludes. After that a $100 per day per item late fee may be assessed, unless other arrangements have been previously made with us.

  • Do I get a copy of all the photos after?

    You sure do! We send a gallery/download link for you after the event via email.

  • When does the booth arrive?

    Your Photo Booth will be setup 1 day before your event. It usually takes about 30 minutes. Please reach out to us for other arrangements

  • Is the booth easy to use?

    Extremely easy! Pose in front of the photo booth with a live view, touch screen, smile and text/email your photos all on the screen! And if you have any trouble just give us a call for some help!

  • What about a print design and backdrop?

    Upon booking our team will work with you on a custom print design and choosing a backdrop!
